Preheat oven to 205 °C (400 °F).
In a bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the dressing. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix the Haiku Miso Granules with the honey, mirin, lime juice, ginger and sesame oil.
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place the salmon filets. Baste the filets with the miso mix.
Cook in the oven for 15 to 18 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Meanwhile, cook the Haiku Asian-style noodles and the broccoli for 3 minutes in a pot of salted boiling water. Drain and immediately rinse under cold water.
In a salad bowl, mix the noodles and the broccoli with the Chinese cabbage and the dressing.
Serve salmon filets with the noodles salad.
