  • Cook Haiku Rice Vermicelli according to indications on the package. 

  • In a saucepan, heat a little bit of canola oil on medium heat. Cook the minced beef for 4 to 5 minutes.

  • Add the onion and bell pepper. Continue cooking for another minute.

  • Add the fondue bouillon and bring to a boil.

  • Add the bok choys and stir. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute.

  • Add rice vermicelli.
