Cook Haiku rice cut noodles according to instructions on package.
In a bowl, mix sesame oil, soya sauce, balsamic vinegar and white sugar.
Add rice cut noodles, sesame seeds, green onions and red pepper. Mix well.
Add fresh coriander to garnish when serving.
Can be served warm or cold.
