Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
On a baking sheet lined with parchment, spread corn tortilla chips.
Garnish tortilla chips with the cooked chicken and Haiku Mixed Asian Vegetables. Top with cheese.
Bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
Set the oven to broil and bake for another 2 to 3 minutes, until cheese is golden and melted.
At time of serving, drizzle with the Japanese dressing and garnish with green onion.
